YOUR INFORMATION MATTERS.

WHAT WE COLLECT.

When you submit a form, we may collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, business or venue, event details, location, and links to websites, social accounts or promotional materials.

Our forms are processed by Wix. Wix and the website's technical services may also process information needed to operate, secure and maintain the site.

How submissions are used

Venue inquiries, event invitations and editorial pitches are reviewed for possible replies, referrals, features or collaborations. Submission does not guarantee coverage, a paid placement or a reservation.

Previous email signups

N2theNite is not currently offering a public newsletter signup. Any previously submitted newsletter information remains subject to applicable privacy rights and requests. We do not treat an event invitation, partnership inquiry or staff nomination as consent to receive promotional emails.

Photos and editorial rights

Sending a photo or portfolio link permits editorial review only. Publication of a person's likeness or third-party media may require separate authorization. Please do not submit sensitive, private, explicit, or unauthorized material.

Third-party sites and technical data

The directory links to independent venues and social media services with their own policies. Hosting and service providers may use necessary technical information to deliver and protect this website.
